Akanksha Prakash

Akanksha is an advocate for working towards attaining greater holistic health through various psychological and cognitive practices. She is a clinical psychologist who has taken the cognitive route to improve people’s ability to think, feel and learn. Coming from a psychology background has endowed her with the knowledge and foundation to make a difference to her student’s cognition using simple yet powerful means of equipping their cognitive prowess. While she has been working as a brain trainer, for the last couple of years, focusing on helping people to enhance cognitive skills, she is also increasingly focusing on mental well-being as she believes it a great way to serve humanity more than a profession. From liaising directly with clients, to facilitating support groups, and providing the right resources, Akanksha works towards ensuring all of her clients and colleagues’ needs are met with the compassion and care they deserve. Akanksha excels in her role as a clinical psychologist as she understands that mental health is key to one’s performance and their ability to lead life, which is why she is continually learning ways in which she can provide the best treatment to her clients.
