Payment

You may pay with your Card online or choose Pay Later / Credit Card or Debit Card payment on physical visit to the Cambridge Medical Centre 

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this https://cambridgemedicalcentre.com/ shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
• Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a User of this https://cambridgemedicalcentre.com/ and are not allowed to transact or use the https://cambridgemedicalcentre.com/.
• If you make a payment for our services on our https://cambridgemedicalcentre.com/, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. 
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://cambridgemedicalcentre.com/ policies and rules.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED
• https://cambridgemedicalcentre.com/ will NOT deal or provide any services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds 

• All services of the medical centre are subject to the terms of the Cambridge Medical Centre.
• Refund will be allowed only for patients having correct Transaction ID, Appointment number and Patient ID
• Patients have the right to cancel the reserved appointment which in a maximum of (1) day (24hours) before appointment time. 
• In the case of cancelation, the amount will be refunded to the customer in his bank account within five working days. The refund will not be issued in cash.
