Laila Mikhael

Ms. Mikhael has over fifteen years of professional training and expertise in psychomotor therapy for special needs children, adolescents and adults. Working with children with autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, hyperactivity, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, learning disabilities, auditory and visual deficiencies, and developmental delays is among her professional experiences. Laila has also conducted training for teachers, doctors, and educators (in different fields).

Ms. Mikhael has a special interest in a clinical and therapeutic approach to providing treatment for individuals with psychomotor difficulties. She integrates the cognitive, emotional and physical interaction in the individual’s capacity to be and to act in a psychosocial context, through adapted body experience, sensory-kinesthetic.

In addition, Ms. Mikhael also works with educators and shadow teachers, providing them with new approaches and techniques. Identifying the issues and their impact on learning She received extensive training in relaxation techniques, rhythmic activities, games, and body expression activities.
