Group programs may be a great option for a variety of issues. Our clinicians have extensive expertise providing group therapy. Clients get insight and support by interacting with the therapist and other members of the group in a safe environment.

Each group is limited to 6 clients, and once one group is full, another group will be set up to accomodate more participants.

The current programs are as follow:

Topic Target
Road to Self-discovery & Self-identity This group is suitable for male and female participants who struggle with the following questions: “Who am I?, Why am I here? Where am I going?
Characteristics of Healthy Relationships This group is suitable for male and female participants who are in a committed relationship.
Dealing with Difficult People This group is suitable for a male and female participants who are either working with difficult people or they themselves have been perceived as difficult.
Coping Mechanism This group is suitable for male and female participants who are going through some difficult challenges and would like to learn some and need a space where they can express these difficulties and at the same time learn some few basic coping skills.
Problem-Solving Skills This group is suitable for male and female participants who are faced with some dilemma in their lives and would like to be part of a group that will help them breakdown their problem before making that decision.
Communication Skills

This group is suitable for male and female participants who feel that they do not know how to express their thoughts and feelings in a way that helps them relate better with others.


Participants aged 21 and above are welcome to apply for any of the Life Skills Programs.
