Hazar Zreik

Hazar is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of work experience, 10 of which are in the UAE. She completed her post-graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon after obtaining her bachelor’s degree with Honors in Psychology from the Lebanese University.

She assists individuals who are struggling with emotional and behavioral problems, which may include trauma and trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, phobias, borderline personality disorder, and OCD. Her approach is tailored to suit the specific needs and personal characteristics of each individual, and she employs a range of approaches and techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Adaptive Internal Relational Network Model – Advanced Training in the Treatment of Complex Post-Traumatic Stress and Neuro-Dissociative States.

She is a caring and considerate person with a personal focus on helping others. She is passionate about enhancing human and social development and personal growth. Some of the personal traits for which Hazar is known include being personable and compassionate
